14 May 2008 News John P. Sullivan and Greg Ginex successfully defended Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in a medical malpractice case against the law firm of Corboy & Demetrio. The Plaintiffs asked for over $16 Million. The co-defendant doctor offered his $1 Million policy prior to trial. The jury returned a verdict in favor of all Defendants.
14 Aug 2007 News Carol Johnson and Brett Warning recently filed a motion for summary judgment in an insurance coverage declaratory judgment action. Shortly after filing the motion, the insured's counsel voluntarily dismissed the case, referring to the arguments made in the motion.
13 June 2007 Event John P. Sullivan , Partner at Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey, presented at the CBA/YLS Tort Litigation Committee Seminar. The Topic was: Preparing Your Expert for Depositions and Trial, sponsored by the Chicago Bar Association.
06 June 2007 News John P. Sullivan successfully defended a doctor in a hearing before the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation of the State of Illinois. Mr. Sullivan was successful in defending him on all charges. Following the hearing, the Department withdrew its Complaint against the doctor.

14 May 2007 News John J. Moroney, J.D. , Partner at Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey, has recently been selected to serve as an author in the 2007 Illinois Construction Manual by West Publications.

11 Aug 2006 Event Seminar: At the request of BRG's client CNA, James E. Abbott, and John J. Riewer, both Partners at BRG, conducted a dental malpractice seminar for roughtly 50 dentists and several CNA adjusters. The seminar addressed a wide range of dental/legal topics geared toward prevention of a claim or suit, and advice on dealing with such legal situations if they should occur.
